Our construction survey division performed a complete boundary and topographic survey of the site, followed by establishing precise horizontal and vertical control. Vertical control means that our crews were responsible for making sure each floor was centered as the building went up.
Kiara (also known as 970 Denny Way) is a residential skyscraper in Seattle. The 40-story, 435-foot-tall tower has 461 apartments and was completed in 2018. It is first skyscraper in the South Lake Union neighborhood and is one of the few highrise buildings outside of Downtown Seattle.
