Project Managers

ESM is accepting applications in both our Federal Way and Bothell offices for engineering Project Managers. 8+ years experience in land development projects in the Puget Sound region is desirable. Knowledge of planning, design, permitting, and construction required for projects including large master planned development communities, single and multi-family developments and commercial sites. Experience in proposal writing, budgeting, contract administration and client coordination is required. BSCE and Washington State PE registration required. Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
