Surveyor – PLS

The ideal applicant is someone willing to grow within the Company and hold a management position. LDD/AutoCAD experience a must, with additional knowledge of GPS a plus. Good communication skills, and strong leadership skills are desired for this position. Excellent benefits package.

Survey Party Chiefs / Chainpersons

Need minimum 2 years experience in construction, boundary and topographic surveys.

Survey Project Manager

Candidates must have at least 5 years experience in survey project management for master planned developments, commercial and industrial facilities, and / or municipal projects. Position requires excellent skills in communication, client contact, and familiarity with Softdesk/AutoCAD or LDD/AutoCAD 2004. Experience in a variety of production tasks including CAD drafting for surveys and plats is a plus.

Survey Technician

LDD/ACAD experience a must. Strong capabilities in construction calculations, legal descriptions, boundary and topo survey drafting required. Good communication skills and ability to support survey crews desired.
