GIS ANALYST

ESM is seeking a GIS Analyst who is familiar with civil engineering, surveying and planning operations. Working knowledge of ArcGIS 9.0, ArcPAD, Spatial Analyst, AutoDesk Map, AutoCAD and CAD to GIS and GIS to CAD data conversion, GIS analysis techniques, and Cartographic production. Familiarity with GIS metadata, map standards, and GIS related legal issues. Involvement in local, regional and/or national GIS professional organizations is preferred.

Two to five years experience desired. B.S. Degree required in GIS, Cartography, Geography, Surveying, Planning, Civil Engineering or other closely related field.
