MARKETING DIRECTOR – Federal Way

We are seeking a Marketing Director who will bring creativity and innovation to our marketing efforts.

This position will require strategic thinking and marketing leadership expertise to establish consensus and drive change. Working with a small, service-oriented team, the position will also require the ability to be tactical and action-oriented in an environment of shifting priorities while maintaining progress toward strategic goals. Successful candidates will have:

•Degree and significant (10+ years) experience in marketing, communications, journalism or related field.
•Experience with marketing and sales of professional services, marketing and sales in other goods and services a plus.
•Experience preparing and presenting competitive proposals in response to RFP solicitations.
•Brand building and brand management expertise.
•Good relationship-building skills, both with reporting staff and firm owners.
•The ability to create a team environment where you will direct staff in handling multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects.
