Civil Project Engineer – Federal Way: The civil project engineer is a mid-level position requiring 3-5 years of experience in the field of engineering. In this role you will prepare site development, utilities, grading, and pavement design for public and private projects.

Survey Party Chief  – Federal Way & Everett: In need for an experienced Survey Party Chief. Desired candidate must have three to five years of experience in leading a survey field crew on boundary, topographic, ALTA, right-of-way and construction surveys. Strong background in construction surveying (layout or staking) is a plus.


Survey Instrument Operator/Chainman - Federal Way & Everett

Survey Instrument Operator/Chainman – Federal Way & Everett: Immediate need for a Survey Instrument Person with previous experience. Preferably, the candidate will have demonstrated experience performing field work for boundary, topographic and construction surveys. ESM is also willing to provide on-the-job training for candidates with no previous land-surveying experience, but who may have previous experience in construction, landscaping or other similar fields requiring outdoor work.


Survey Technician - Everett

Survey Technician – Everett: Immediate need for a Survey Technician with 1-2 years’ experience. In this role you will provide survey related CAD support to Survey Project Managers and the survey department. Prepare survey documents according to instructions. Autodesk Civil 3D experience a must. Familiarity with other CAD platforms such as Bentley or Carlson a plus.
